Scope and Contents The D.H. Lawrence Collection consists of four series: correspondence, notebooks, manuscripts, and periodicals. The letters are grouped by correspondent and arranged chronologically. Almost all of Lawrence’s letters are fully dated and occasional transcriptions accompany them. The Burne-Jones Collection consists of two series: Correspondence and Drawings. Correspondence includes letters written by Edward Burne-Jones and by Georgianna Burne-Jones between 1878 and 1907. Ten of the eighteen letters are undated. The collection also contains six original humorous pen and ink sketches by Edward Burne-Jones.

The collection consists of two series: manuscripts and correspondence, dated from 1884 to 1931. The manuscripts include corrected proofs of two manuscripts; the author’s holographic revisions appear on the correct proofs of Memoirs of My Dead Life and Ulick and Soracha.
