Administrative History
The Gallery Engagement Team is a student organization with a purpose to educate and inform members of the inner-workings of a museum with a goal to aid in career development; develop skills in creative marketing and event planning; promote and recruit student involvement and awareness of the Samek Art Museum’s events, exhibitions, and holdings; establish and strengthen the bridge between the student community and the Samek Art Museum; promote campus-wide awareness of the visual arts at the Samek Art Museum; and create stronger ties between people interested in the arts through club bonding activities.
