Administrative History
The Women’s Resource Center was established in early 1986 and run by two graduate students. During the first year of operation, the Center hosted a wide range of activities including nineteen films, eight speakers, five faculty development seminars, two musical performances, and a one-woman play. In 1988, Janice Butler was named as the first full-time director.
