Administrative History
The Office of Annual Giving was established at Bucknell University in 1973. The Office of Annual Giving organized and directed the Annual Giving programs. Annual Giving programs consisted of contributions made to support the current university operations. The gifts provided resources needed for academic programs, scholarship support, equipment and computers for labs, visiting scholars, artists and poets, and cocurricular programs. The Office of Annual Giving was renamed the Office of the Annual Fund in 2003.
