Administrative History
The Committee to Plan Residence Halls was established in January 1983 with a charge to develop recommendations for planning improvements and expansion of residence halls. The committee was tasked with considering recommendations from the Committee on Priorities for the Eighties and Middle States Self-Study Group I (Study Group on the Residential Campus). The committee's report was presented to President O'Brien in June 1983.
