Administrative History
The Committee Planning Residence Hall Improvements was formed in September 1984 and charged with proposing a plan for residence hall construction and improvements. In developing their proposal, the committee was asked to consider the report of the Freshman Residential Colleges Committee. The committee was chaired by John Zeller and the report was to be presented to the Board of Trustees in October 1984.
