Scope and Contents
The records of Administrative Services are arranged alphabetically by folder title and range from 1970 to 2010. The records include correspondence, Notes and Notices, work orders and reports of mail processed. Notes and Notices, published from 1970-2008, consolidated announcements and notices intended for the campus community into one publication. Notes and Notices were published several times weekly and contained a variety of information, such as event announcements, campus business announcements, course announcements, parking notices, position vacancies and hires, and classifieds.

Administrative History
Bucknell’s Duplicating Services was renamed Administrative Services in 1970 and the department managed publication and printing projects for University clients. Services included graphics and publication design, printing, duplicating, copying and mailing services for the campus community. In addition, the department oversaw a full service post office that handled stamps, express mail and package shipping service. In 2010, Administrative Services was renamed Publications, Print and Mail.
