Biographical / Historical
In 1988, the President and Provost began discussions to develop a student transfer program with the Community College of Philadelphia. Named the Student Transfer Enrichment Program (STEP), the first program took place in the summer of 1990. It later expanded to include other community colleges and was called Community College Scholars Program.
